How I felt:

This leave-in conditioner is water based (aqua is the first on the ingredient list) and there is nothing as good as using a water based product for low porosity natural hair. This leavein conditioner is also packed with great natural oils, vitamins and essential oils (I would prefer the essential oils were listed on the product label). The consistency is neither too thick nor thin. It is in between and distributes well on the hair when applying. It however takes a little more effort to get it out of the bottle, you have to jerk it up or hit the bottle.

Scent: Great. I think it attract people to me more. Like they wanting to hug me more. LOL!

Application: I applied it after I washed my hair and oiled my scalp. My hair was still damp. I also added a little amount into my spray bottle. This I can spray on my hair whenever I need to re-moisturised and it works pretty fine for reviving dry hair. I followed this up with their hair styling custard and I think they are a great combination.

AFroroots naturals leave-in conditioner product review for natural hair.

Did it give me slip? No. It just permeated into my hair and left no residual for slip so I couldn’t detangle with it.

Did it give me moisture? Yes. A little goes a long way and it left my hair moisturised for days. I had no reason to re-moisturised until four (4) days after thus my hair had no build-up. Trust me, I am not exaggerating.

Size: 250ml/8.45 FL OZ

Price: N2500.  That’s a fair price.

Will I recommend this product? You know my answer already, definitely Yes! Because I like to support good thing and say it as it is.
